It comes equipped with the highest standard of safety systems, tested and approved by UL Laboratories in the US. The automatic locking handle securely locks the lid into place when closed.

The intuitive pressure regulator knob offers four positions: "High Pressure" (15 PSI), "Low Pressure" (10 PSI), "Release," and "Clean," making the DUO pressure cooker easy to use and maintain. The yellow pressure indicator will rise when pressure has been reached and go back down when pressure has been released, providing a visual cue for the user.
