The so-called "super-fast" pressure cookers typically have two levels of cooking based on two levels of pressure, which can be differentiated by a pressure indicator, giving you the option to choose greater or lesser pressure during the cooking process.

These parts are as resistant as the original ones, having passed the most demanding resistance tests. Be sure to check the bottom of your pan to determine the year and model you have.
