Pressure Cookers

Do you know the difference between fast and super-fast pressure cookers? Both terms refer to pressure cookers that operate on the same principle: maintaining pressure above atmospheric pressure, which allows the boiling temperature of water to be increased, thereby shortening the cooking time of food. All of them are considered pressure cookers.

Typically, the so-called super-fast pressure cookers have two cooking levels based on two pressure levels that can be differentiated using a pressure indicator, allowing you to choose greater or lesser pressure during cooking.
