HexClad's patented Hybrid Technology combines the benefits of stainless steel and nonstick in a single pan. The laser-etched stainless steel hexagonal network of ridges forms peaks over nonstick valleys, enhancing searing capabilities.
The stay-cool handles are designed to be heat-resistant, although shorter handles closer to the heat will heat up more quickly. Caution is advised, and oven mitts should be used when removing cookware from the oven.
HexClad Hybrid Cookware is oven-safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, and the tempered glass lids are oven-safe up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. This versatile cookware can be used on virtually all household stove tops, including gas, electric, glass, and induction cooktops.
